Design
Thanks to the experience and expertise acquired over the years by its technical department, V C S is able to carry out every desing requested and customer specifications using modern three-dimensional CAD systems and data management software. Everything happens through the most recent management systems.
V C S manages the entire vacuum systems production in its own factory. Raw materials are processed and welded by operators with certifications according to EN ISO 9606-1:2017 in compliance with welding specifications certified by notified bodies. The welding equipment, both manual and automated, are of the latest generation.
Mechanical processing is performed by numerical control machine tools managed by CAM software.
Surface finishes and quality controls are carried out within the company by qualified personnel according to UNI EN ISO 9712:2012 standards.
