Design
Thanks to the experience and skills acquired over the years by its technical department, VCS is able to carry out design on customer request using modern three-dimensional CAD systems and data management software. Processing of the same is done by means of the latest management systems installed in all company workstations.
VCS takes care of all production of vacuum equipment and systems in-house. Raw materials are processed and welded by operators with certifications according to EN ISO 9606-1:2017 in compliance with welding specifications certified by notified bodies. Welding equipment, both manual and robotic, is of the latest generation.
Machining is carried out by numerically controlled machine tools operated by CAM software.
Surface finishes and quality controls are carried out in-house by qualified personnel according to UNI EN ISO 9712:2012 standards.

The vacuum systems produced by us are used in the mechanical and precision industry, automotive industry, aerospace, nuclear, research centres, pharmaceutical and medical sectors.
Testing, the final stage in the production of vacuum-high vacuum and UHV systems and components, represents for VCS one of the most important moments of the entire production process. Testing a chamber or other welded mechanical parts means offering the customer safety and guarantee
Safety, referring to machined welded components, is guaranteed by testing carried out with a mass spectrometer, with helium sensitivity of less than 1.10-10 mbar l/s. Dimensional testing with the 3D system and roughness testing with the roughness tester are carried out at the customer's request.
