PVD-PECVD systems
V C S manufactures PECVD (Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapour Deposition) systems, that allow to obtain on solid support, by means of the use of a carrier gas, a coating in gaseous form directly on the surface of the substrate.
Degassing systems
Degassing furnaces, as accessories to PVD systems, useful for coating processes as they are very sensitive to contamination by oil or any other organic residue; for this reason, the products need a cleaning and degassing process before coating.
Space simulators
Cylindrical chambers, of various sizes, where components and parts for the aerospace and automotive industry can be tested.
They can be equipped with heating system made of IR lamps or liquid nitrogen heat shields or refrigerant fluid to obtain a temperature range from -190°C to +130°C.
Sterilization systems
Tunnel systems, with one or two doors, for hospital where disinfection of medical instruments and equipment is required, with controlled vacuum and high pressure steam cycles.
