VCS, founded in 1991, covers an area of 7000 square meters where a staff of more than 45 technicians and employees work, is a company specializing in the production of vacuum and cryogenic systems and components.

VCS has always stood out for its extreme production flexibility, which has led it in recent years to count among its customers many leading companies in the field, research centers and institutes, supplying its components and systems to facilities engaged in nanotechnology, synchrotrons and particle accelerators.

All the working phases are carried out internally starting from the design using modern three-dimensional drawing systems and ending with the production, where numerous numerical control machines are engaged.

Very important is the welding where certified professionals are able to weld all types of steel, aluminium, copper, titanium and special alloys.

All parts are vacuum-tested using helium-testing.

VCS can provide additional testing and inspection according to specificcustomer requests such as dimensional testing by 3D measuring arm.
