V C S S.r.l., founded in 1991, covers an area of 7000 square meters where a staff of over 45 people works, specialized in the production of vacuum and cryogenic systems and components.

V C S has always been know for an extreme production flexibility, has aquired in recent years many leading companies in its field, research centres and institutes, and supplying its components to nanotechnology, synchrotron and particle accelerators structures.

All the working phases are carried out internally starting from the design using modern three-dimensional drawing systems and ending with the production, where numerous numerical control machines are engaged.

Very important is the welding where certified professionals are able to weld all types of steel, aluminium, copper, titanium and special alloys.

All parts are vacuum-tested using helium-testing.

V C S is able to provide further testing and inspection according to specificcustomer requirements , such as dimensional inspection by 3D measuring arm.
